Our last post raised an interesting question…. Are squats a safe and worthwhile exercise for mma training? Most of you watched the video I posted and more questions were raised than probably answered. I received many responses and questions about the video at the gym today and of course via Facebook and our website. We all want to make sure all of the hard work we dedicate to our bodies is paying off and not breaking us down. I wanna encourage an open dialogue about this subject because of it’s importance. If you think it’s wrong and the video sucks please let us know. To squat or not to squat…. that is the question.
