So while scanning through training videos on Youtube I came across an interesting title. The headline read “Squats are the worst exercise for sports training” and being a gym rat, this video instantly raised some red flags. I hit the play button expecting to see some strange rational from a misguided so-called expert, but no, no, no it was Bj Penn’s trainer and he made a lot of sense. So what should I do? Abandon the squat? But I was gonna buy the shirt that read “SQUAT TILL YOU PUKE”! Seriously though, I’m pretty confused. Check out the video and tell me what you think.
